How to improve your vertical leap is obviously the 1 million dollar question for a lot of athletes who are performing a sport where jumping plays a key factor. ” Enough of the official talk. Yeah, I have trained some pretty high profile guys. NBA, Olympians, college guys, dunkers on TV… I can’t say their names though. I am not an internet guy or a marketer, I’m a full time vertical jump and quickness trainer.
But you know what? That doesn’t mean half as much as helping kids achieve what I never was able to at an age where it would have mattered the most. That’s my passion.
